Total Pursuit: Teens (12-16)

Students ages 12-16, join us for fun, fitness, and friends! Make fitness your sport, or let CrossFit enhance your athletic abilities!

During our classes teens will be introduced to bodyweight, compound, functional exercises, plyometrics and different modalities that will help to improve overall fitness. This class incorporates movements and load appropriate exercises for an individual’s developmental and skill level. This is an excellent program for student athletes either during or off-season and also for youth that would like to lead a more active lifestyle.

Our Teens program addresses all 10 of the general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance.

Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm.
