Personal Training

Individual training, custom programming, sport specific training


High intensity functional fitness group class that incorporates olympic lifting and high skill gymnastics


Movement is a functional fitness group class that does not have high skill gymnastics or olympic lifts


A womens only barbell free bootcamp style class

Youth Fitness

Fitness classes available for tots (4-6), kids (7-12), and teens (13-16)

Thrive 55+

Functional fitness classes for our members who are 55 and older
