Planning on dropping into a class? No problem! Whether you are new to the area, here for work, or here to visit family, we love drop ins! Our regular drop ins have become part of our TPA family and we look forward to seeing them every time they’re in town!
We do daily drop ins for $20, or week long drop ins for $50. If you’ll be here for more than that let us know and we will customize a package to match the duration of your stay!
Planning on dropping in? When you get to TPA we’ll have you sign a waiver and let our coaches know if you have any injuries or ailments so we can keep you safe. Come and experience the best coaching and community around!

Looking for more excitement!? Our CrossFit program will challenge you physically and mentally much like a sport. We program this class so that you are always evolving with measurable success, but consistently varied so you don’t burn out!
Womens Only Bootcamp Class
Ladies, if you are looking for a class that is JUST FOR YOU, Melt incorporates elements from strength training, boot camp, circuit training, and high intensity. Reach your fitness goals with a program designed for women, by women!
Look good, feel good, and improve your performance with this functional fitness program. Utilizing a variety of equipment (dumbbells, kettlebells, and sleds) we will squat, deadlift, press, pull, and carry with unlimited exercise variation. Oh yeah, and we are going to work hard!
For Teens 13-16 years old
Our mission is to provide a fun and engaging environment for teenagers to enjoy fitness! Learning how to perform weightlifting, basic gymnastics, and conditioning has never been more fun. Whether you’re looking to enhance sport performance or find an activity your child will love, our youth programs are for you!
For Kids 7-12 years old
Our mission is to provide a fun and engaging environment for kids to enjoy fitness! Learning how to perform weightlifting, basic gymnastics, and conditioning has never been more fun. Whether you’re looking to enhance sport performance or find an activity your child will love, our youth programs are for you!
These Saturday morning workouts are done in partners or teams for an incredible workout mixed with some teamwork for community building fun!
Anytime the gym is open, we hold open gym for those that want to come in and work on something specific.
