Classes and Programs

Every Level of Fitness

We are focused on whole-person health and helping you create a sustainable way of moving throughout your life. Whether that be group classes, nutrition coaching, personal training, or custom programming, we’ll help you set goals, tackle your nutrition concerns and get you moving so you can crush the other 23 hours of the day!

Group Fitness

If you like to train with friends and are looking for the support, motivation, and accountability from the best community around, then one of our group classes is for you! We have different programming options (CrossFit, Movement) to help you achieve your goals, YOUR way.

Our classic CrossFit programming incorporates elements from high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, kettlebell lifting, calisthenics, strongman, and other exercises.

Aren’t interested in using a barbell or doing high skill gymnastics? No problem, our Movement program will help you achieve the same level of fitness using the implements you prefer.

Both programming options are available during all of our group classes (we have up to 7 group classes a day!) and are coach led to help guide you to the best hour of your day. Your job is to come in, work hard, have fun and leave happy and more fit!

Personal Training

Personal training is the best, most effective, and fastest way to meet YOUR goals. Our coaches will meet with you to learn more about what you want to accomplish and then we’ll put a plan in place! Together we’ll help you do more than you ever thought possible. Sessions are scheduled around what works best for you, and we have different membership options to suit your needs. Your progress is monitored through check-in’s and InBody body composition scans.

Food is central to everyone’s lives. It fuels our workouts, it is an essential part of our social interactions, and it’s delicious! But it can also be a source of frustration, confusion and guilt when it is working counter to our goals.

We believe Nutrition is the most important element in becoming the healthiest version of yourself. In order to yield the greatest results, your exercise routine needs to be paired with a nutrition plan that works for you and your lifestyle.

Our Nutrition Coaches are here to create an individualized plan based on your lifestyle to ensure you get the results you desire. Your personal coach will do an extensive introductory interview to truly understand your goals, needs and current lifestyle. We use the medical-grade InBody Body Composition Analyzer to give us even more information about your weight, muscle mass and body fat mass.

Our intention is to educate our clients and help them establish healthy habits to last the rest of their lives. Nutrition is about more than just food, so we focus on all aspects of your life including meal prep, planning, stress reduction, sleep, hydration, workouts, recovery, mood, and hormones. We want everyone to feel awesome and exceed their goals!
