Melt - Women's Only


Melt is the women only class that CrossFit TPA offers. In our Melt class, ladies work on their metabolic conditioning without the use of barbells. The work outs are longer, challenging, and guaranteed to make you sweat!

Melt runs on Weekdays at 8am. Interested in giving it a shot? We offer free trials for anyone interested! No prior experience working out? No problem! Our coaches will guide you through the movements to ensure your safety and will help you modify movements as needed.
