Melt is our women-only boot camp class offered daily at 8am. In our Melt class, ladies work on their metabolic conditioning without the use of barbells. The work outs are longer, challenging, and guaranteed to make you sweat!
Melt has a group warm up, some strength work, and we always finish with a butt kicking work out! Coached by Carley Greenawalt, a Doctor of Physical Therapy, she leads the hour long class focused on you moving well and having fun!
We offer free trials for anyone interested! No prior experience working out? No problem! Our coaches will guide you through the movements to ensure your safety and will help you modify movements as needed.
