Meet Our Team
Meghan is the Nutrition Coach at Total Pursuit Athletics. She was an avid distance runner since middle school and enjoyed running in local 5ks, numerous Half Marathons and the Philadelphia Marathon in 2015. She found Crossfit TPA the summer of 2012 and loved the new challenges it provided her as a athlete. After getting her B.A. at Penn State, she continued on to earn a Culinary Arts degree. She worked as a chef for many years before taking a break to start a family. Meghan has a passion for helping others reach their goals by being intentional with their food choices. She truly believes that the path to reaching your goals, whether they be aesthetic, performance or health related, starts with making the right food choices. She is a a certified NCI Nutrition Coach and Crossfit L1 Coach.
