Kaitlyn Larkin

Prior to discovering CrossFit, Kaitlyn has always had a passion for fitness and sports. Her competitive drive in life and as an athlete quickly turned into helping and inspiring others to live healthier lifestyles. Hard work and self-discipline have always been a priority for her, to better herself as an athlete and instructor. She was immediately intrigued by the concepts of “race against the clock” and “constantly varied, high-intensity functional movement” upon starting CrossFit in 2013 and went on to receive my CF-L1 in 2014. 

For Kaitlyn, being a coach is an honor. She recognizes that people have such little free time and loves to help people make the most of the best hour of their day. When she’s not coaching, she’s working out alongside the community at a 6a class before heading into the city for work.
