Monday June 17 – Friday June 21, 11am-3pm, for girls who have completed 1st grade – girls entering 9th grade.
Girls with GRIT is a week long summer camp designed for strong girls. We will dive deep into the importance of moving your body, fueling yourself with proper nutrition, and obtaining a positive mindset.
During the week girls will learn valuable life lessons on how to exhibit self confidence, gratitude, leadership skills, goal setting, healthy habits and much more.
We define Grit as the strength of one’s overall character. Then we break it down even further to explain how it illustrates GRACE, RESILIENCY, INTEGRITY and TENACITY.
Each day we will cover a different aspect of our 5 Pillars of grit. The girls will participate in activities that will illuminate these characteristics. Each day we will highlight the Big Idea of the day through team building activities, personal growth exercises, physical activity and a lot of fun. The girl will also have a chance to participate in cooking lunch each day.
This camp will be led by 5 powerful female figures who vary in backgrounds, personalities and accomplishments, while all having one important thing in common; GRIT.
We are extremely passionate to give lifelong skills to young girls so they can attain a strong body and mind for the rest of their lives!
