Our CrossFit Prep course is geared to teaching new athletes the proper form and technique for the foundational movements of CrossFit. Our focus is on safety, movement quality, and having fun!
We offer our Prep to each new athlete as 3, 1-hour long classes with a coach so you will have 100% individual attention. We also cater our 3 class prep course around the athletes schedule; so we schedule each session at a time and date that works for you.
