Thrive

Thrive is a strength and conditioning class specifically designed for older adults (55+) who want to stay active and maintain their independence with age. These classes will focus on functional fitness in order to increase bone density and muscle mass, improve cardiovascular endurance, increase mobility and balance, and decrease the risk of falls. Our program is designed by a doctor of physical therapy who can adjust the workout to any fitness/activity level and maintain a safe exercise environment to help you reach your goals.
